Qualifications: Bachelor’s Years of experience 4-5 Note: This is a Hybrid role and the candidate needs to be onsite as required. Required Experience and Skills • Strong understanding of Project Management including developing materials such as Gantt charts • Strong ability to create and adhere to timelines Very strong communication skills, in group settings and one-on-one • Able to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment • Able to work on many diverse projects at the same time • Self-motivated Software Skills: Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as strong experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent Product manager skills. Preferred Skills • Understanding of animal health • Understanding of consumer goods • Create long- and short-term plans including managing deadlines. • Serve as a point of contact for project teams when necessary. • Assist with meeting planning and preparation. • Assist with managing project budgets. • Work closely with the Sustainability Lead and Key Account Managers to develop project plans and timelines. • Adjust schedules, budgets, goals, and timelines as needed. • Manage the production of project deliverables. • Manage project administration. Manage record of project meetings such as taking minutes. • Help coordinate internal meetings.
