Education: * Bachelor's degree or related experience in analytical, mathematical, web development, or similar fields .

Skills/Experience: * Minimum 8-10 years in multichannel or web analytics.

• Experience in the Pharma industry/space is not required but is great to have

• Must have solid experience with web analytical packages and reporting tools, including Google Analytics (GA4 preferred), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google AdWords, BigQuery, Contentsquare (or similar) marketing tools like SimilarWeb or SEMrush and more.

• Must be strategic, analytical, and have strong communication skills, and be able to relay technical information/data/results to non-technical team members. • Data-driven mindset with a minimum of 8+ years of web/digital analytics work experience doing quantitative analysis at the digital campaign and customer level.

• Strong data skills • Agency experience • Resource must understand the customer journey (the business side), however, must also understand the digital landscape, as well as a very strong technical understanding

• Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social, display, and programmatic platforms.

• Ability to understand/explain the implementation. The Digital Analytics and Transformation Team is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst! Digital marketing analysts play an important role to ensure that our business stays successful online by assisting with the analysis of marketing campaigns and the web customer journey, and relaying the results, success/failures/surprises to our team and relevant stakeholders. You will also be responsible for researching marketing trends and how they can relate to company goals. Based on data, you will recommend strategies for digital growth and journey optimizations. You must stay on top of industry trends, and use/have knowledge of a wide variety of programs and technologies to test/develop/implement new ideas and strategies to generate digital marketing success. In addition, you will help create data visualizations, research data queries and derive insights to assist the team with data storytelling. As a key member of the Digital Analytics and Transformation Team, the incumbent will be provided the opportunity to work cross-functionally with IT and Digital Publishers to ensure data integrity via proper tagging implementation. In addition, the role will entail the following Primary Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and analyze key website performance metrics (Google Analytics and Content Square) that tie back to the campaign objective, and summarize actionable insights & recommendations to convey to relevant stakeholders

• Work closely with IT and Digital Publishers to ensure on-time implementation of Google Analytics tags and other 3rd party tags via GTM • Collaborate with Web Capabilities team to onboard new web analytics focused technologies to enhance web customer journey analysis Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and enhance analytics and reporting function by building automation into reports that are manually distributed

• Assist in establishing KPIs to measure the impact of AB/multivariate test structure, build dashboards to monitor test performance and provide in-depth analysis on final test results

•Support ongoing tagging and web data auditing to ensure accurate data collection

• Assist the Digital Analytics and Transformation Team with the maintenance of weekly/monthly KPI dashboards to monitor performance trends

• Support digital marketing initiatives through SEM, SEO, display, programmatic etc. channels aimed at driving brand awareness and conversions by tying platform level front end data to website high value actions

• Support integrated and cross channel data-driven design by providing ad-hoc web data deliverable.
